Last week, we gathered our Heads of Department and Team Leaders for a 2-day Leadership and Managerial Skills Training at Maluri Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. It wasn’t just another training session β€” it was a meaningful pause for all of us to reflect, realign, and grow together as leaders.
