Last week, we gathered our Heads of Department and Team Leaders for a 2-day Leadership and Managerial Skills Training at Maluri Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. It wasnβt just another training session β it was a meaningful pause for all of us to reflect, realign, and grow together as leaders.
We were coached by Mr. Jonathan Chan, who brought us through eight powerful modules that touched on what leadership truly means in our daily work:

For many of us, it was a reminder that leadership isnβt about titles β itβs about responsibility, consistency, and showing up for our teams. Seeing our leaders fully engaged, open to feedback, and committed to becoming better for their people truly reflects the culture we want to build at Ask4key.
